Karen Downing porcelain is a small business and asks that you order thoughtfully in order to to avoid returns. Hopefully you will be delighted with your purchase but, should you have reason to return it, please

• Contact Karen within 7 days of receiving the delivery and return within 14 days

• Please pack  the item safely in its original packaging

• Please use a signed and tracked service and be sure to get proof of postage

• Items must be returned unused and in their original condition in order to be refunded

• If goods are damaged in transit, please send a photograph of item and packaging 

• Return postage cannot be refunded unless the item was delivered in a faulty condition

• International deliveries cannot be refunded so please order thoughtfully

• Please allow 28 days from receipt of return for the refund to be paid
